Elley attended Auckland Girl's Grammar and graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in law and a Bachelors of Business majoring in International Business and Strategy. Elley was admitted to the Bar in 2023 and began working at Complete Legal in 2025.

Elley was raised in all areas of Auckland, but South Auckland will always be home. Having worked in the South Auckland community in previous roles at AUT and Health NZ | Te Whatu Ora, Elley is committed to serving people with empathy, effective communication, and practical solutions. Elley is dedicated to working closely with families and children to guide them through the Family Court process in a way they best understand.

Outside of work Elley enjoys spending time with friends and family.
