Lee Tupuola-Madsen

Lee joined Complete Legal in January 2025 and represents clients in disputes relating to the care of children, guardianship and parenting, family violence, and relationship property matters. She is dedicated to supporting her clients through the family court process with compassion and thoughtful, clear advice.
Lee gained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland, and a Bachelor of Laws from Auckland University of Technology. In November 2024, she was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Lee is interested in all areas of the law and has a passion for family, non-adversarial justice and the development of mental health and disability law.
Lee is from the villages of Siumu, Saipipi, Leulumoega and Alamagoto, with family ties to Poutasi and Pu’apu’a in Samoa. She was born and raised in Papakura, with a heart for people and her community.
Family is everything to Lee and she relishes the time she spends with them. A creative at heart, she enjoys music, art, film and books. She also enjoys travelling and spending time in nature. In the warmer months, Lee volunteers with the Disabled Surfers Association of New Zealand.
